What We Believe
ROW is dedicated to the idea that we cherish and protect only who and what we care about. Recognizing the rights of nature -- that nature has fundamental rights to exist, regenerate, reproduce, and thrive -- is an idea whose time has come. Science teaches us about the functions of nature, but science alone is not transformational. Along with science, we need increased awareness of the spiritual relationships between human and other-than-human beings. The spiritual and the scientific together will create the transformation we need.

What We Do
ROW advocates for the inherent rights, restoration, preservation, and protection of Florida's waters, and encourages rites such as water blessings to raise awareness of our spiritual connections with Water. Water has long been appreciated and honored as a powerful restorative force and the primary component and support for life on Earth. Ceremonies and rituals honoring Water are the focus of our educational work.
We are a nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers.
